On any given day, there could be 150 or more bills in Harrisburg at the State Capitol sitting in committees that could impact your establishment. The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association, known by many as “Organized Taverns,” works with lobbyists to monitor and act on those bills. Our association also works with elected leaders to draft tavern-friendly bills.

The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association closely monitors public meetings sponsored by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and the Independent Regulatory Review Commission.
